Membership and Insurance
In order to train regularly, you are required to have membership and insurance via the British Shorinji Kempo Federation (BSKF). We offer one month's FREE membership for new beginners, so click here to sign up for a 4 week, no obligation trial and see if you like it.
If you would like to continue training after the first month, you will need to sign up for annual BSKF membership and insurance, which currently costs around £55 (students £44).
Joining the BSKF also allows you to grade, train at any of the other BSKF dojos around London, the UK and internationally, and attend special seminars.
